Tank Silo Hopper Farm Stainless Steel 3 leg kit

Tank Silo Farm weighing scale kit assembly 15,000 lb. New Tank, Silo Farm hopper, Bin storage scale kit assembly. All parts for a 3 legged system is in here. Made out of Stainless Steel material. weighing element load cells are IP69K rated with White teflon cable for harsh environment use also. Top plate is is 5″x5″ with 4x 1/2″ holes for easy mounting on your bin/hopper legs.

Spherical washer mount compensate for a little bit of tilting.

Indicator has a 1″ Red Segment LED display for easy view. Special setup for keeping the bin weight in flash memory. When you fill your Silo/Bin shows the actual weight, after you down with weighing out feed you turn the indicator Off. Next time when you turn it back On, will show you if you have some feed in your silo/bin.

Great to keep track of output. all parts are tested and manual is included for assembly and setup and calibration. However we do a pre-setup and pre-calibration at our shop to make sure all parts work properly before we ship the equipment out. Indicator works on AC power as it has its own power cord and also have a 6VDC Lead-Acid Battery for running the system up to 48 hrs. Mounting of the indicator is easy by using the “U” bracket that comes with the indicator. Quick disconnect plugs with 20’ft of cable included and pre-soldered.

You will receive the cable pre-connected into the summing box to make it easier for you.

maximum scale normal capacity is 15,000 lb you can set it up to minimum of 1 lb resolution. load cells are durable and have 100% safe overload built into them.

Spacer plate for beam load cells 1K-5KSE

This spacer plate will provide clearance between a single ended beam cell and the mounting surface. Most common load cells from 1K-5KSE will use this spacer plate, Rice Lake RL35023, Sensortronics 65023, 65023S, 65083, Celtron SQB, Revere 5123, Tedea 3411, Artech 30310, HBM H35, B35, Coti Global CG-23, CG-23-SS, Transcell SBS and many others.

Thicknesses 0.080″, Size 1.25″ x 2.25″ with holes center to center 1″ apart.

The hole size and spacing will fit typical beam load cells.

FSK MS summing card CS-JXH-04A signal trim summing card fits into very tight areas very compact. You can use these in FSK livestock scale ABS boxes or the MS-520 scale kit boxes again plastic box models. You able to retrofit any summing box with adhesive at the bottom of the card to make sure circuit does not short on it.

This is for 4 load cell signal trim with crew down terminal blocks. each load cell has a 10 turn pot. on them for cornering adjustment after installation and before calibration. Size 3.75″ long and Width 1.37″ inch, Height is 0.75″ from the bottom of the board to the top of the terminal blocks. has two slots for mounting holes. But Velcro would do in any box.
